Who we are

JP COMBINE CO., LTD. (บริษัท เจพี คอมบายน์ จำกัด) is a limited company registered in Thailand under juristic person number 0105568011159. It operates jpcombinegames.vip and publishes games as JP Combine Games, an independent mobile game studio.

JP COMBINE CO., LTD. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Its registered head office, as recorded by the Department of Business Development (DBD), is 2/44 ซอย พหลโยธิน 30 แขวงจันทรเกษม เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพมหานคร.

This policy explains what JP Combine Games collects through the website and through correspondence, why, for how long, who processes it for us and what rights you have.

Apps this policy covers

This policy currently covers the jpcombinegames.vip website and email contact or postal correspondence with JP Combine Games.

We do not currently publish any mobile apps on the JP Combine Games website, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.

When JP Combine Games releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on jpcombinegames.vip, naming the app and its exact package name, following its Data Safety answers and listing its SDKs and permissions.

Information we collect

The JP Combine Games website has no accounts, forms, comments or payments. You do not need to give us personal data to read it.

Our hosting provider processes technical request data for us: IP address, requested page, time of request, browser type and, if sent, the referring page.

JP Combine Games runs no analytics software, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on the website.

If you write to JP Combine Games, we receive your name, contact address and anything you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or national ID numbers.

Any SDK used in a future JP Combine Games game will be named, with a link to its policy, in that game's own policy.

Data retention and deletion

Cloudflare keeps request logs briefly under its own settings; JP Combine Games does not copy them into another system.

JP Combine Games keeps correspondence for up to 24 months after a matter closes, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or a duty under Thai law.

You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and will tell you if so.

The website stores nothing on your device, so there is no local website data to remove.

Children

The JP Combine Games website is a general company site and is not directed at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through jpcombinegames.vip. If a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.

Each future JP Combine Games game policy will state its intended age group and how it meets the rules for that audience.

Permissions

The JP Combine Games website requests no device permissions.

Visiting jpcombinegames.vip never asks for your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files or notifications.

Your rights

JP Combine Games is run from Thailand.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so request data may be processed outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore.

Where that happens we rely on Cloudflare's data processing terms and the safeguards permitted under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.

Changes to this policy

JP Combine Games reviews this policy when the website changes, before a game is released and when Thai data protection law changes.

The effective date and version at the top of this page show when it last changed. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
